Summer Camp
​

​Since its impetus, Richmond PAL has conducted an eight-week summer camp designed to provide Richmond's youth with a safe environment while participating in a wide variety of sports along with educational and recreational opportunities. Each summer, PAL hosts about 80 participants from ages 8-13 who engage in activities such as soccer clinics, baseball clinics, volleyball clinics, swimming lessons, roller skating, bowling, museum tours, Maymont Park tours, junior achievement money camp, jail visits, anti-bullying classes, chess, community service projects, and much more. Every Thursday of the camp, participants also enjoy field trips to places like Busch Gardens, Water Country, Kings Dominion, Lake Anna, Basketball Games, The National Museum of African American History and Culture, and Buckroe Beach.


Important note*
​$200.00 deposit is due at the time of sign-up. This deposit cannot be refunded after June 1st regardless of the reason for deciding to not partake in camp.  
In total $660.00 (including the initial deposit) is due two weeks prior to the start of camp.
