NFL Flag Football

Richmond PAL first conducted its NFL Flag Football League in 2012. It is comprised of all Richmond Middle Schools. Our Richmond Police Officers participate as coaches and referees in this successful league that teaches participants teamwork and valuable life lessons. The league begins in the spring and is available to boys ages 12 to 14.
