Richmond PAL would like to invite you to our Health and Wellness Day Event
Officer Willie Ruffin, along with students from the Professionalism, Health and Integrity Training Program “PHIT” will be hosting a Health and Wellness Day on Saturday, October 16, 2021 at 5200 Midlothian Turnpike from 11-2pm. Participants will have the opportunity to meet instructors/officers to learn about fitness, yoga, nutrition, health and wellness. Cold pressed “all natural juices” will be available for you to try (provided by Afya NJema Fitness). Please let us know if you plan to come (Email -Sgt. The Richmond Police Athletic League is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that is dedicated to providing quality affordable programs to the City of Richmond Community. Richmond PAL also seeks to bridge the gap between the Police Officers of our department and the youth of our community. Our program is staffed by police officers and the programs provided are run by and involve police officers.
How will PAL achieve this vision?
To be a premier organization providing opportunities through sports and education for at‐risk youth. Officers helping kids become champions for life!
