Pedal to the Metal for PAL

Come ride the Racetrack of Richmond International Raceway and benefit the youth of the City of Richmond in the inaugural Pedal to the Metal for PAL. The event will be a chip timed 25 & 50 mile cycling event utilizing the racetrack of Richmond International Raceway. The event will start at 7:00am on May 26, 2012 with the main 25 & 50 mile cycling event, followed by a community ride where citizens of the community and families will be able to ride on the track for a nominal fee. There will also be photos taken in victory lane with a special celebrity guest. Lunch will be provided for cyclists. A race T-Shirt will be provided with the registration fee and a specialized jersey will be available at an additional cost. There will also be a lot of activities in the infield of the track to include live music, Richmond Police Specialized Units, food, and other family based activities.

Pricing:
Register before March 1, 2012
  • $100 Registration Fee w/ Race T-Shirt including a Victory lane photo with Celebrity Guest
  • $165 Registration Fee w/Race Jersey & T-Shirt including a Victory lane photo with Celebrity Guest
Register after March 1, 2012
  • $130 Registration Fee w/ Race T-Shirt, including a Victory lane photo with Celebrity Guest
  • $195 Registration Fee w/ Race Jersey & T-Shirt including a Victory lane photo with Celebrity Guest
Team Specials
  • $500 Registration Fee - Includes fee for Five Riders and one Pit Stop Area on the Track staffed by a Richmond Raider or a Raider Cheerleader and Race T-Shirt including a Victory lane photo with Celebrity Guest
  • $1000 Registration Fee - Includes fee for Ten Riders and two Pit Stop Area on the Track staffed by a Richmond Raider or a Raider Cheerleader and Race T-Shirt including a Victory lane photo with Celebrity Guest
