Biddy Basketball Registration Form and Waiver

General Information:

Age: 5- 7 year olds! (restricted for any child who would become 8 years old before February 1st)
Fee: 35.00 per child and includes a jersey
Location: The Police Academy located at 1202 W. Graham Rd              
Dates: Jan. 13 – Feb 17                  
Times: 6-8 p.m.   
Game Structure:
1st two weeks will be a camp split up into 2 groups of 40
Group A from 6-7 and Group B 7-8            
There will be 6 teams with a max of 13 children on each team  
Games will be two 15 min halves with a continuous clock and a 5 min halftime.  
 The first two weeks will be in a camp format and the last four weeks the children will play games.
The children will be place on teams after the two-week camp. 
The children will be placed in either Group A 6-7 p.m. or Group B 7-8 p.m. during the two week camp. Once all the children are signed up you will be given which group they are in.

January 27  - February 17th Games will begin and will be announced once sign ups are complete.
